Background Story
Chapter 06
Peaceful Daily LifeIt has been seven years since 12 worthy individuals landed on Planet Claw Machine.
The planet greeted them with warm days under the shining sun, and nights that were dark yet not scary.
In the blink of an eye, their appearances merged with the planet, becoming similar to the beloved animal buddies that had lived there before their arrival. They quickly became used to their new lives, enjoying activities such as playing claw machine games, hosting tea parties, dancing, singing, and joyfully embracing a peaceful everyday life.
One day, they encountered a merchant claiming to have come from the Nova Hatcher Galaxy, gifting with mysterious silver coins used by their kind.
The merchant explained that due to their extensive travels through the galaxy, these coins were recognized and valued in any galaxy they visited.
And so, the group of 12 chosen individuals naturally blended into the Claw Machine planet, leading peaceful lives day after day.
Chapter 07
The PioneersWas it because they were trusted with the fate of the Earth, or was it an instinct in human DNA? During the peaceful routines of the past seven years, the chosen ones began to yearn for more than just peace.
Ed, Tina, Nomi, and other animal friends were questioned with endless curiosity about the origins of the wood used to build their homes, what lay beyond the nearby river, and about any places worth exploring.
With their newfound bond, the animal friends, who had been answering the Earthlings' questions, made the decision to embark on an adventure of planetary exploration together.
They prepared clothing, packed snacks, checked the map, and made the necessary preparations for their equipment. The following days were filled with excitement and anticipation.
Chapter 08
Time for AdventureFollowing Ed's lead, the group of animal friends ventured through the woods. They soon arrived at a spot full of sweet and tangy fruits, an endless meadow beyond a river, a mysterious spring that provided energy with every sip, and breathtaking cliffs full of unfamiliar birds.
The days were filled with amazing adventures and extraordinary encounters, continued by evenings of festivities and dances around the campfire.
As they wrapped up their adventure, they gathered around the campfire, enjoying each other's pleasant company. As Baloo and Ed examined the map to decide their next destination, the chosen ones noticed an 'X', marking a spot not too far from their current location.
Unable to resist their curiosity, one of the chosen ones decided to ask the animal friends... Baloo responded that it was an extremely dangerous place and Ed warned that it was an area they should never dare visit..
Overhearing the conversation, Leo, filled with fear, added that it was a place that had always been mentioned in his grandfather's scary tales of the past. As the chosen ones listened, the campfire flickered brightly, its glow reflecting in their eyes..
Chapter 09
The Vanishing Chosen OnesAs the daylight illuminated their surroundings and they prepared for another adventure, they came to the startling realization that two people had disappeared.
The missing individuals were the closest of friends and none other than the chosen ones who had asked about the X-mark on the map the day before.
Full of disbelief, the group searched their surroundings and patiently waited, hoping against all odds that the vanished would reappear.
As the reality set in, the group realized that they needed to make a decision.
Gathered together, the animals friends revealed that the chosen ones had been seen heading toward a place known as the 'Vanishing Cave'. Legend has it that stepping into its depths would transport adventurers to a realm from which there is no return...
They added that Leo's grandfather was the only animal to have ever returned from the cave. He sealed the cave's entrance with a special mineral he brought with him during his escape.
Leo, who had heard most of his grandfather's stories, shared that beyond the door was a scary place where unidentified monsters lurked. The darkness was intense, offering no visibility, and the complex pathways made it easy to get lost. Despite the long adventure inside, his grandfather mentioned that time seemed to pass at a different speed in the outside world..
They proceeded to hold a vote... A vote on whether they should go in search of the two missing people.
Together, everyone agreed to search for the missing individuals.
Chapter 10
Mining MazeWhen doubts were raised about whether any of the chosen ones had entered the 'Vanishing Cave,' Tina revealed that interesting objects and capsules would occasionally emerge from the entrance. Some adventurous animal friends had wandered inside the cave but never returned and sometimes their friends decided to go and try to find their missing buddies..
These disappearances used to happen frequently before Leo's grandfather sealed the entrance to the cave, added Tina.
When asked if the door had been opened since it was sealed by another chosen one, Mica explained that no one had ever witnessed the door opening due to the mysterious power of the special mineral. It was uncertain how long the seal would last, and there were no animal friends who were willing to verify it..
As the group continued to share various stories, they suddenly found themselves at the entrance of the cave.
With Ed leading the way, he turned on his lantern and the group cautiously ventured into the cave. The unease of not knowing what could happen if the old seal was broken made their steps careful, causing the door to feel farther away.
As the group continued forward, they came across an open door, with the seal broken and a blue light glowing from within.
The second chapter of their adventure was unfolding..
